Guaranteed conditions for the exchange and return of goods
In accordance with the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights you can exchange or return the purchased product within the first 14 days, excluding the day of purchase, if the product you ordered did not suit you in shape, color, size, or for other reasons and cannot be used for its intended purpose.
Conditions for returning goods of good quality:
- You can refuse the goods you ordered at any time before receiving it, at the time of delivery of the goods by the courier, and also after receiving it - within 14 calendar days, not counting the day of receipt;
- You can return the goods of good quality if they were not used, have no signs of use (spots, holes, not wrinkled), and their presentation is preserved - packaging integrity (all labels, stickers and other accessories of the goods remained unchanged), complete set of goods;
If you refuse the goods of good quality at the time of delivery, you will have to fully refund the delivery amount.
We draw your attention to the fact that, according to Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", exchange and return bedding and feather - down products are not subject. Therefore, be careful and unhurried when placing an order.
We reserve the right not to cooperate with customers who systematically return good quality goods for insignificant reasons!
User agreement - Sweet-home.com.ua online store
Sweet-home.com.ua online store (hereinafter online store) on the one hand and the customer goods (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer) on the other side undertake to comply with the terms of this Agreement.
1. USER REGISTRATION.
1.1. By registering and / or placing an order on the Sweet-home.com.ua website, the Buyer agrees to these terms
1.2. The Buyers personal data is not provided to third parties, but is stored to provide the service of selling goods presented on our website. The Sweet-home.com.ua online store reserves the right to use this information for marketing purposes (analysis of data on sales of goods, customer segmentation, analysis of site traffic, mailing to customers).
1.3. By registering on the Sweet-home.com.ua website, the Buyer agrees to provide true and accurate information about himself and his contact information.
1.4. As a result of registration, the Buyer receives a username and password, for the safety of which he is responsible. The buyer is also responsible for all actions under his username and password on the Sweet-home.com.ua website. In case of loss of registration data, the Buyer undertakes to inform us about it.
1.5. The buyer has the right to request, change or delete his personal data. To do this, the Buyer must declare a relevant requirement by sending it to the appropriate contact address indicated on the website, or by calling (098) 690 68 49, if another independent method of requesting, changing or deleting personal data is not provided for by the technical capabilities of the website
2. RECEPTION AND PROCESSING OF ORDERS.
2.1. Orders are accepted through the site Sweet-home.com.ua, as well as by phone numbers indicated on the site.
2.2. If the order is made through the website during business hours (Monday-Sunday from 9.00-18.00), the online store representative confirms the ordering during the day. If the order is made outside working hours, weekends or holidays, a representative of the online store will contact the Buyer as soon as possible.
2.3. After placing an order, the Buyer receives a message to the email address specified during registration that his order has been accepted by the automatic order management system and a representative of the online store will contact him shortly to place an order, check the availability of ordered goods and clarify the terms of payment and delivery.
2.4. The order is not considered completed if the Buyer has not passed the stage of order confirmation to the representative of the online store by phone (the Buyer does not answer the call or is out of the network coverage area).
3. DELIVERY AND PAYMENT.
3.1 Terms of payment and delivery of goods to the Buyer are regulated by the section "Delivery" and "Payment".
3.2. The buyer understands the possibility of a situation in which delivery will take more than 2 working days (lack of free cars delivering orders from the online store, etc.) or delivery will be temporarily impossible. At the same time, the Sweet-home.com.ua online store does not assume any obligations to reimburse any losses of the Buyer associated with the late delivery of the order. If the Buyer is not satisfied with the delivery time, he has the right to refuse the order.
4. CHECKING THE DELIVERYED GOODS.
4.1. Upon receipt of the order, the Buyer must check the quantity and quality of the goods received. Claims about the incompleteness or absence of any goods after the Buyer has received the order will not be considered.
5. TERMS OF WARRANTY.
5.1. Due to the fact that different manufacturers provide different warranty periods for their goods, the Buyer, when placing an order, should check with the representative of the online store the warranty periods for the purchased goods in order to avoid misunderstandings.
5.2. The warranty period established by the manufacturer is calculated from the date of receipt of the goods by the Buyer through the carrier company.
6. PRESENTING A CHECK
6.1. Together with the goods, the Buyer receives an invoice for the goods.
6.2. If the Buyer wishes to receive a check, he must additionally indicate this during the ordering process or to the representative of the online store by phone.
7. TERMS OF AGREEMENT.
7.1. Sweet-home.com.ua online store reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement, and at the same time Sweet-home.com.ua is obligated to notify the Buyer of all fundamental changes to the Agreement by e-mail, and the Buyer does not mind receiving from the Internet store Messages of this kind.
7.2. The Sweet-home.com.ua online store must provide the Buyer with the terms of this Agreement freely available on its website.
8. DISCLAIMER
8.1. The Sweet-home.com.ua online store at any time without notice may make changes to the materials and services provided on this site, as well as to the products and prices mentioned in them. The Sweet-home.com.ua online store is under no circumstances liable for any damage (including, but not limited to damage from loss of profit, data or from interruption of business activity) resulting from the use, inability to use or the results of using this site.
