Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist, generally around the belly button. To ensure a comfortable fit, keep one finger between the measuring tape and your body.

заказали плед, красивый плед на кровать указаны размеры 150х200, а по факту оказалось 150х170 см! оказывается в длину 200 см входит бахрома(нитки) и производитель допускает погрешность +-5%. Не соответствует размерам.
